- NNNilsaMay 4, 20265.0My partner and I checked out the preserve one day and this company wasnt really willing to work with us with some personal issues we were facing. We were desperate for a place to live. i had less then a week to figure out where we were going to go. I called Fieldpointe and ask them some question. Nick helped us out and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. I was 5 min away from the complex so we quickly asked if we can get a tour and we were able to come in day of and get to see some units, we loved the units we got to see a few options and left ready to apply. Im very satisfied with my experience on moving into this complex. The move was smooth and easy. Corinne helped us on move in day getting all our info together and giving us our keys and we couldnt be more grateful.

When we was trying to talk with the management she just turned around and was ignoring our questions. Was acting like shes not interested. Also 3 time she did disinformation about what units are available.

- DHDanielle HendersonJul 31, 20185.0I lived in this apartment complex on a short term basis while relocating to Chicago. I was very impressed with the facility and the residents. The facility dates from the 70s but has been well maintained. My studio apartment was very nicely remodeled and clean. The residents in the 1704 building were very polite and extemely respectful of their neighbors. The only issue I had were people talking loudly in the hall. That's it. The lack of issues is quite unlike all other apartments and houses I have rented over the years. To the office staff, maintenance team, and management: keep up the good work.
