  I do not recommend living at 21 Kristin. A few days ago, we received a $25 fee for leaving our trash outside. But where are we supposed to leave the trash for it to be picked up? First of all, I always make sure there is no food or anything that could cause a bad smell when I leave it outside. Most of the time, I don’t get home until after 9 p.m., which is why I leave the trash outside for pickup. So I received a $25 fee for that? They are very quick to give residents fees and fines, but why don’t they put the same effort into keeping the building in good condition? It seems like they only care about keeping the lobby looking nice, while the rest of the building is in poor condition. The hallways and floors need maintenance, the ceiling needs attention, and there are frequently dogs urinating in the hallways, sometimes for days without being cleaned. The hallway leading to the trash area especially always smells terrible. On top of that, the door to the trash area has not been working properly for a long time. Anyone can enter if they want, which is also a major security concern. Before focusing so much on charging residents fees, management should focus on keeping the entire building clean, safe, and properly maintained. Residents deserve the same level of attention when it comes to maintenance and security as they receive when it comes to enforcing fees.

  I DO NOT recommend living here. After living in this community for two years, I recently received a $25 fine because my trash was allegedly left outside for too long—even though residents are instructed to place their trash outside for collection. Instead of giving a warning or clearly communicating any change in the rules, management immediately issued a charge. What makes this even more frustrating is that there are areas around the property, including the garbage area shown in my photo, that are genuinely dirty, unpleasant, and need attention. Yet management seems more focused on issuing residents petty fines than addressing the actual cleanliness and maintenance problems in the community. Communication is poor, enforcement feels inconsistent, and some maintenance staff behave unprofessionally while making unnecessary complaints against residents. After two years of living here, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before deciding to move into this community

  It’s a beautiful place to live in. Paloma, Mike and Julie are great people from Bayshore properties. I lived in this apartments for 3 years. I suggest anyone to live here.

  This year's management team and staff has been awesome. Mike is honest and helpful. Paloma is always super friendly and makes it a point to stop what shes doing and help with whatever you may need. The maintenance team is awesome and always doing their best to keep the property looking nice. They go out of the way to be kind to tenants. Genuinely can tell they want the best for the people that call this place home.

  This review is regarding Paloma Ramirez Property Specialist Paloma is the best!! She is always bright and funny, extremely helpful and just a nice person representing 21 Kristin to come home to. Keep up the great work !!
