  Lived at one of the properties they managed for 3 years. Never ever took any concern seriously. We had a non working toilet for 3 months which we eventually got so frustrated we gave up on asking to be fixed. The day we moved in we put in a request for the garage door not working which they eventually fixed (6 months later) and charged us 500$ for and said it was damaged by us. Then we disputed security deposit because most of the “damages” were already there when we moved in and they never responded to the dispute even 3 months after moving out. After telling us to fill it out form lol. When I finally reached out, they said they no longer manage the property. Just horrible horrible communication skills and horrible customer service. Hated dealing with them for anything. But let rent be late one day past the 1st and the calls and emails were nonstop. They will charge you for damages caused by their own mistake. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  Approval process was extremely efficient and easy to navigate. The underwriter Catherine Quiroz was outstanding and made the experience flawless. GC realty is one of the best companies I have worked with.

  Catherine Quiroz has been so helpful and friendly walking and talking me through the application and approval process. It sets a great tone and expectation for how entering a leasing agreement with GC will be.

  The ease of this transition and the entire experience has been outstanding. From the communication, to the showing, to finalizing applications, the team has soothed my nerves. Catherine was a JOY to work with during the leasing process. Amber was so fun during the showing. They are excellent communicators, warm, friendly, and utmost professionals!

  This has been one of the most frustrating companies to deal with. We were extremely optimistic when we found the property that we are currently living in that we found a professional property manager. There was an exhaustive vetting process to vet our income, prior rentals, pet vaccinations, you name it. I was like ok good these people have their shit together. No. We have had issues from the moment we have moved into our current location. No working a/c in the unit day of the move in, appliances that filters have not been changed, hidden outlets that turn off appliances that no one walked us through. Its obvious that no one walked the property prior to moving in. Not the end of the world I'll just communicate to my property manager that I'm having some issues. There is zero accountability, follow up, sense of urgency. They have double booked my parking spot twice now. Two different people. I come out to the spot I have been assigned with a note on my car two months apart saying you in my spot, No big deal ill get the property manager involved and they will sort this out. Called, texted, and emailed. Its been almost a week. "We are working on it" I have texted them conversations they sent to me telling me where to park. What's to figure out? I would love to pick up the phone and talk to someone in charge explain calmly what's going on and work together on a solution. Anyone available to do that? No. I don't know what else to do besides share my experience and hope someone who cares gets involved. If you are renting and the property is managed by GC Realty I would think twice before signing.
