  Jonathan from maintenance deserves a raise. If this rating were for his work alone, it would be a 5/5. I’ve had issues in the past with GC maintenance staff cutting corners and not fixing things properly (hence the 3/5 rating), but Jonathan seems to know what he is doing. He was friendly, knowledgable, and worked quickly. When I found mold in my AC unit, I was worried GC wasn’t going to replace it because I had a similar mold issue in the past, and I had to raise the problem to the local health department for resolution. But Jonathan took one look at my AC unit and knew the right thing to do was replace it. While he was at the apartment replacing the AC unit, he also fixed another unrelated issue. He was in and out within an hour. Thank you, Jonathan!

  I connected with Mark from GC Realty recently, and he has been fantastic to deal with. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Chicago market, highly professional, and quick to follow up. When I asked him for some resources, he personally emailed them over right away. It’s rare to find that level of responsiveness and genuine helpfulness.   We needed some work done and a work order was placed. Sal, the tech who completed everything, is an utter powerhouse! Outside of my Father, I've never met anyone with such an outstanding work ethic! Even in weather that was easily 100 degrees plus, Sal completed the work, Diligently, without a single complaint! You can see the actual pride he took in his workmanship, despite the elements. He did everything solo, from the beginning to the end. He even left everything pristine after he was done! If he were a shoe, he'd be red bottoms! If he were a structure, he'd be the taj mahal! In addition, he's an incredible gentleman and is a perfect example of the good there is in the world! I pray that his salary matches his worth! Because he is truly, one of few!

  My fiancé and I were looking to move to a nicer area in Chicago and luckily we came across a listing posted by GC Realty & Development, LLC. Booking a tour was done quickly and professionally. We got to view the apartment and were both happy with the experience, so we decided to submit an application. I got to work with Catherine Quiroz throughout the application process and she was amazing! She is very professional and helpful, answered all my questions right away and made things clear and easy for us. We were very happy and satisfied with her service! Thank you!

  I chose an apartment managed by GC Realty a year ago when I moved from NY to Illinois. I must say the team here has always been a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. I am moving again just because of a personal need. Even in the move out process they have been helping and professional and showed legitimate care. I have been assisted by Glaiza and Pastora in this process and am very grateful.
