  Another tenant crashed his car into my apartment door last week. I had to leave for a night and they boarded up my door. The permit to fix it has not been filed so I imagine this will take months to get fixed. Alan is very obviously avoiding calling me back with any kind of update. I do not appreciate being treated as if I caused this. They also told me they cannot give me any kind of discount on rent. The state of my apartment is not what I agreed to pay this much in rent for! They also allowed the contractors into my apartment without my permission.

  Been here for about 3 months now the maintenance guys go above and beyond to fix anything in need but as far as them enforcing the sound ordinance here they don't lift a finger the manager said we were the first to complain and said I am not gonna go knocking on doors next step we filed a police report and found out we were one a lot of people that has filed a police report due to the sound ordinance here so if u work different shifts you will not get any rest here least not the building we are in you get the sound of bass radling your kitchen til we hours of the morning .... As management does nothing about ....
