  I had a very disappointing experience from the moment I walked in. I came in for a tour, but instead of being greeted professionally, I was immediately told they were at 100% occupancy and wouldn’t have the type of apartment I was looking for until the end of the year. Despite me clearly explaining that I needed a larger apartment for my family, I was repeatedly pushed to look at a one-bedroom. I politely stated multiple times that it would not meet our needs, but I was continually talked over, interrupted, and not allowed to finish speaking. It felt like my concerns and time were completely disregarded. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s attitude. She came across as though she wanted nothing to do with the conversation and showed little interest in providing customer service or treating a potential resident with respect. Even if there isn’t availability, treating people with courtesy and listening to what they’re saying should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on how I was treated before even becoming a resident, I would not recommend this property.

  Maintenance Supervisor did a great job fixing my dishwasher. My racks also need replaced and they are ordering me a new set.

  Aaron is always a pleasure to work with. He is very communicative and if there is something he can’t complete right away he will let me know. Maintenance requests are easy to schedule online and so far I have had nothing but a positive experiences.

  My experience with Reserve at Romeoville was very disappointing. I would not recommend submitting an application here. I submitted my application over a week ago and was repeatedly told that they were still working on it and would get back to me "today" or "tomorrow." Unfortunately, this continued for an entire week without any clear update or resolution. What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated when I called for an update. The leasing consultant spoke to me very rudely and informed me that the process would take another two weeks, even though my planned move-in date was the very next day. This information should have been communicated much earlier. As an applicant, I expected professionalism, transparency, and timely communication, especially after paying application fees. Instead, I experienced delays, poor customer service, and a lack of respect for my time and situation. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before applying here.
