  Ever since new management took over, it's been downhill. The amount of financial problems they have caused is amazing. Not only did the utilities double miraculously, they didn't inform anyone that they weren't billing us for months worth of it when it switched hands & randomly dropped months worth of charges in 1 single months rent. They ignore maintenance requests, the pool is constantly shut down, anything good about the complex has taken a complete nosedive. Wouldn't recommend to anyone at this rate.

  I had a great experience working with Alan and Ronda. They were friendly, professional, and made the entire leasing process easy and stress-free. They answered all of my questions, communicated clearly, and made me feel welcome from start to finish. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and highly recommend working with them!

  The management team has been completely unresponsive and has failed to honor the terms of my lease. My lease clearly states that I should have received a move-in special in May, yet it has never been applied to my account. Instead of correcting their mistake, they continue to charge late fees based on an incorrect balance. I have already contacted the leasing office in person and by email and requested that this issue be resolved, but I have received no meaningful response and nothing has been fixed. It is unacceptable to ignore residents while continuing to add charges that should not exist in the first place. A leasing office should be accountable, responsive, and able to resolve basic billing issues. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. If this is how current residents are treated after signing a lease, prospective tenants should think twice before renting here.
