  I visited Associa's new office in Romeoville on Friday Aug. 14th to try to resolve issues concerning non posting of Townhome Association monthly payments and resulting late Charges. Selina Laurendi was the Associa representative I dealt with and she was extremely helpful in resolving my issues and found that payments believed to be missing had actually been posted to the wrong association account and assured me that late payments associated with the missposting would be waived

  Bridget Cepican has been doing an excellent job with Cedar Ridge. She has gone out of her way to address any concerns and is even willing to address issues that are not totally property related. She acts quickly and responsibly!
