Unacceptable service and neglect of basic safety standards. Thirty days ago, a firework exploded near my window, shattering it and leaving my apartment exposed. I reported this incident to the leasing office the very next day via email. I also went down to the office in person twice to provide proof that I was not responsible for the damage. During those visits, I was explicitly told that maintenance would come "next week" to fix it. It has now been a full month, and the window is still broken. I have sent three followup emails, and management has completely ignored me not a single reply or update. Leaving a tenant with a broken exterior window for 30 days is a huge safety, security, and habitability issue. It is disappointing to see the stark contrast in how residents are treated here when lease renewal time comes around, management is warm, friendly, and replies immediately. But the second you need an urgent, essential repair, you are ignored. I strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice about how management will treat you once your lease is signed.

This 5-star review is truly for Gustavo (maintenance personnel). He does everything he can to advocate for the residents, and he is an absolute delight to work with for any maintenance or wear-and-tear issues. He’s always easy to spot by his signature grin, and he's definitely the person to go to for any apartment needs. He’s quick, receptive, and always willing to assist—especially when he swooped in for a super quick emergency cleanup after our sink problem. Thank you, Gustavo!

Unless you are homeless or extremely desperate, DO NOT MOVE HERE. My wife and I have lived here for the past two years, and we are counting down the days until we leave next month. I only wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before signing a lease, so hopefully this helps someone avoid making the same mistake. The buildings have had cockroaches and bed bugs. To be fair, the exterminator they hire is a genuinely nice guy, but there’s only so much one person can do when the underlying problems never seem to get under control. The neighbors are incredibly disrespectful. People scream at each other, smoke weed that fills the hallways and neighboring apartments, and make noise at all hours of the day and night. I’ve personally seen groups of kids hanging out in the basement smoking weed on multiple occasions. Police are at the property multiple times a month, which says a lot about the environment here. After it rains, there are often puddles of water in the laundry room. And if you actually manage to find an available washer or dryer, don’t be surprised if someone has left their laundry sitting there for hours because apparently everyone else’s time is less important than theirs. The management office is just as frustrating. Calling usually gets you sent straight to voicemail with no return call. On the rare occasion someone answers, you’re often left feeling like your concerns are an inconvenience rather than something they actually intend to address. And here’s the part that really blows my mind: they charge around $1,650 a month for a one-bedroom apartment. For that kind of money, you shouldn’t have to worry about cockroaches, bed bugs, water leaking into the laundry room, disruptive neighbors, or management that seems impossible to reach. There are far better places to spend that kind of rent. I understand that management can’t control every resident’s behavior, but they can control how they respond to ongoing issues. Unfortunately, the overall experience reflects the type of environment this property has become. If I could give this apartment complex -5 stars, I would. I cannot stress this enough: DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE.
