  I came to your vista ridge in February, just kind of browsing the neighborhood and instantly felt like it was a fit for me and my son. Tina had me tour the model home and helped answer any questions and was patient and kind the whole time, and compassionate. Moving from my current home was an emotional transition for me and my son and she didn’t ever pressure me to make a decision quickly. She has been great through the whole process Once moving into the building stage, I worked with Joe, the project manager on the subdivision. He took time to run through every option I chose in great detail. He also provided me with multiple updates throughout the week while building, sending pictures and text messages. In addition to this, he made sure to hit my closing deadline even with multiple hurdles due to weather and staffing shortages that took place with some of the trades. I had two inspections done. Pre drywall and a final walkthrough and both inspections came back with no fixes being needed. Sometimes new construction gets a bad wrap, but Joes subdivisions with Ryan homes are different than the other big builders subdivisions. He cares about the quality of the home and understands this is a large purchase for home owners. He wants to be sure that you’re happy from the start of building all the way up to after closing! I appreciate everything he has done during this transition to make me feel comfortable with my move, and I love my home! This subdivision is beautiful and I look forward to raising my son here.

  From the moment we met Beena, she has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She has been kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our many questions throughout the home-buying process. She truly understands that purchasing a home is a huge investment, and she’s made us feel supported and confident every step of the way.   My experience started October 2025 with Michele Pappas my sales rep. She walked me through everything such a sweetheart, fast forward to May I closed on my home. Joe Emmanuel and Joel construction supervisor & manager took beautiful stunning pictures weekly and updated me every step of the way. I love my home best decision ever. If there is any concern its nice to know I can count on my warranty and personnel. Beena who is at the current model home is a breathe of fresh air and super helpful. The neighborhood is coming along just beautiful and neighbors are friendly. I locked in a great rate in October thanks to Michele who pushed me. Thank you Ryan Homes and NVR Mortgage.

  Working with Beena at Ryan Homes Vista Ridge has been fantastic from start to finish. Even though I’m still in the final stages before closing and haven’t moved in yet, the experience so far has been wonderful. As an out-of-state move, there were several things we didn’t fully understand, but Beena was always extremely helpful and patient in walking us through everything. She made the entire process much easier and less stressful. I really appreciate all her support and the care she has shown throughout this journey, and I’m looking forward to finishing the process smoothly.
