Our house has had next to no issues, and the ones that did surface were promptly addressed by a proactive customer care team. I'm not an expert, but the build quality here seems high. I've been shocked at how efficiently our HVAC runs based on what we paid previously in a much smaller place. Thank you to both Walter and Alex for the outstanding support. Walter helped bring up our move-in date in anticipation of our newborn and Alex provided quality support throughout our first year of ownership.

The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, and very family-friendly. The clubhouse and swimming pool are great amenities, and the large walking trail is perfect for daily walks and outdoor time. The multiple lakes throughout the community add a nice scenic touch and make it a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Especially the Service manager Alex is really great, friendly and definitely went above and beyond whenever we needed him. Overall, we’re very happy with our decision and would highly recommend this community.
