  Bridget Cepican has been doing an excellent job with Cedar Ridge. She has gone out of her way to address any concerns and is even willing to address issues that are not totally property related. She acts quickly and responsibly!

  Our Associa rep is responsive to emails and gets back quickly to us on questions. I'd give her 5 stars. I gave three stars overall because the time it takes for maintenance crews to resolve maintenance requests (in one instance, we've been waiting six months for a simple maintenance issue to be taken care of).
