  As my listing agent, she recommended I list my home low to create a bidding war. She the brought in a friend of hers as a buyer with a very low offer and a very short deadline to accept. That caused the “bidding war” to be cut short, possibly costing us thousands. Steer clear. She is not working for you, only herself.

  Went into breach of contract by withholding a key after selling property. Hired the sleaziest handymen possible. Obstructive and obstinate. This bullying did not pay off for her, and she ended up putting her clients in a position where they were forced to pay extra to avoid a lawsuit. Always lawyer up if you have to work with this woman for anything, for she is not above cheating.
