  I've been living here about 4 years and been through a few management companies. There are several issues with the townhomes I can't deny. But in all my years being here this is the best they have done with maintenance and upgrades to the units. David and Enrique have been the best maintenance team. They are respectful and do a good job. I know my work order will actually get done. I think it's because David is the manager. If he is not, he should be.

  Iv only been in my basements 3 times since i moved in there i go down there one last time to see the sewage flooded the hold basements causing flys and maggots everywhere and a stench every time we turn on the heat or ac and we told them and they just said they filter need to be replaced

  After having some of the worst experiences with this property, the new maintenance team has been a breath of fresh air. The entire maintenance team has been amazing, they are prompt and great with communication. They are pleasant and very professional. The work that is done is actually done correctly and not just patched over or half way done. I have appreciated the changes, and look forward to seeing them around the property just to say hi. They make me feel comfortable, and I feel that I can trust them in my home, even if I’m not present. When I do see them around the property, they always ask how I’m doing and if everything is working properly in my unit which is great. They come with great knowledge, vibes, and I am so happy that they are around. Keep up the good work!

  Darron, the service manager, came early enough and surely fixed all the problems that will last for no less than 6 months for the bugs, and helped with the home's AC unit. Very professional very demure
