  Toured the property with a Nahalia, very friendly, inviting and knowledgeable about all my questions. Property was In great shape, pond area, clean landscaping very good quiet community

  Please please save your money If I could post th video of random people walking up to the apartment I would the apartment suck especially Andrew Don’t waste your time It’s not a private property they allow random people walk to there patio DANGER DANGER DANGER DANGER

  Angela, Irene. and Andrew! I want the world to know this might be listed as a decent place to stay, but the experience I had was definitely profiled. Nothing disqualified me from staying at these apartments. Not credit, income, nor verification (background). Yet, I was told I provided irregularities in my documentation time after time. Each time I challenged the irregularities, Angela came up with another reason and another reason, why she had issues. The best one was that I was told Cook County Birth certificates has four seals and not two. I was told that I provided fake documentation. I called and spoke with Cook county clerk of court with Williams Reserve on the line, verified my information, and still Angela challenged the Clerk of Court. I sent my entire life documents to Williams Reserve. They have paystubs, birth certificate, social security card, my Firearms card, savings account, and my background check. All which were legit and excellent credentials. They charge my credit card without my permission, after not hearing from them for 4 days. They told me the refund will take up to 45 days via check, but evidenced no refund. This is not a place that I recommend as doing great business. Please be careful in your choosing.

  Worst place to live and the neighbors are so unfriendly! I wish I had listened to the reviews! All the good reviews are from 2015!
