- MWMac wazMay 22, 20265.0Love the location and such a fun vintage vibe, the studio units are not like all the others, a separate dinning room and kitchen is so nice and it has ample closet space. Leasing office and its manager Stan have been fantastic & he is always quick to respond. Only issue is the radiators do produce lots of heat in the winter and unit does get warm but asides from that very happy!

I am relocating across the country to Oak Park this summer, and Stan has been extraordinarily helpful, responsive, patient with my multiple questions, and so welcoming as I decided to make the Bryant my new home. He is knowledgeable, flexible, and willing to take the extra steps to be as helpful as he can be --- he even took the time to go take photos of an open unit to show me the general floor plan of mine -- above and beyond general customer service. And Stan is not only the site manager, he's a resident of the Bryant: What better reference could there be? The folks at Red Tail Residential are beyond fortunate to have hired such an outstanding manager, and whatever they're paying him? It isn't enough. Thank you, Stan. I look forward to being your neighbor.
