  Working with Jessica to sell my home was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We had multiple offers by the day after listing and closed quickly. She was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Jessica kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made everything go smoothly. Her connections for things like staging, minor repairs, HVAC, etc. were competent and convenient. Her expertise in pricing, marketing, and negotiating helped achieve a great outcome, and I always felt like she had my best interests at heart. As a first-time home seller, it was a blessing to find an agent so committed to making the sale as seamless as possible.   I would give 10 stars if I could! My family and I just moved from Virginia to Illinois, and working with Jessica made what could have been a stressful relocation feel smooth and manageable. I actually reached out before I even had an official start date at my new job just to ask questions and understand the process, and she never once made me feel like I was “too early.” She was always available, responsive, and genuinely helpful especially with the added complexity of our relocation company. She even assisted me with finding a furnished temporary rental for my family while the house hunt began. She showed us multiple homes, helped us navigate negotiations, and when we found the one, she expertly handled a complicated seller rent-back situation so that everyone walked away feeling good. What really sets Jessica apart is that her support didn’t stop at closing. She’s been an incredible resource for contractors, cleaners, HVAC, handyman, you name it, she has someone. We’re so grateful we had her in our corner through this big life transition!
