  I can without hesitation recommend Winfield Cohen as your realtor. Winfield was able to meet all of our needs in selling our family’s home. His being from the area, gives him a unique and good understanding of the market. Winfield had a good strategy that secured us a good and fair price for our home. But more importantly, he was able to help us on a more personal level. This house had been in the family for a very long time and was the house I grew up in. He had my house sold and closed on in 30 days. My house was on the private market and he sold it to the first buyers who walked through and I received 20k over asking price. There so many great things I can say about him but the most important thing to me was he has the best personality, he was such a nice guy and funny. When it came to selling my house he would answer texts and calls within minutes and walked me through everything it was stress free. I’m buying a house in NC and when the realtor there would send me stuff that I didn’t understand he would help me with it even though he gets nothing out of it not many people help others anymore just out of kindness but Winfield did. I have two more properties in Illinois that he will be selling for me this summer because he made the process so simple. I would give him 100 stars if I could. He got me a great lawyer who I then went on to use for a living trust because everyone he deals with is reliable and professional.
