Steve Song was super professional and helpful! My friend referred me to him. I initially asked him a few questions via text messages. We ended up talking over the phone for 42min. He went over most of the terms and details and what to expect applying for a home mortgage with me. After the call, I feel I am more knowledgable and feel much more comfortable with the entire process, even though this is not my first time going through the process. What's amazing is that I am applying for a mortgage in another state and since Steve mainly covers IL customers, I am not doing business with him.
