  Do you want to smoke indoors without pesky landlords telling you not to? Then this is the PERFECT place for you!!! Management is literally never here longer than an hour so you can do absolutely whatever you want, whenever you want to. All management can do is send empty threats to your email inbox, not actually enforce any rules. You can even sell drugs out of your home! Just have your customers ride their bikes up the beautiful Fox River Trail and meet them outside. Perfect place for any aspiring entrepreneurs! Not enough closet space? Well silly, that’s what the patio is for! Just keep all your things in the back and change right in the courtyard. Not like there’s children that live here or anyone who doesn’t want to see half naked strangers…..this is 2026 after all, who even cares? Certainly not anybody who can do anything about it! I highly recommend paying 1500+/month to live here. Nowhere cheaper would have this level of class, charm, and community. The river walk is for SURE worth all one thousand five hundred of those dollars.

  When I first moved it, it was PERFRCT. The rent was $950 a month and the previous owner lived onsite to help with repairs. Ever since Red Tail took over it’s been a nightmare. The rent is now $1,750, the leasing agent is barely on site. They just keep redoing the parking lot, You have to speak to a chat bot about work orders and those take forever to fulfill. On top of that I’ve had bats in my wall for a year now and my balcony is unusable with the amount of bat guano completely covering it. I love the location. That’s about it.

  I lived there for two years. We chose it because it's a quiet area, but the rent increased significantly, so I and some other neighbors decided to leave. The place is comfortable, and if you ask them to fix something, they usually do it. I asked them to fix a few things, but they refused because they wanted to deduct money from our deposit. It was just a matter of fixing the blinds, but they decided not to and deducted over $300. Lately, they've been accepting people with government assistance, but some of them seem suspicious, and to top it all off, those same people tried to steal our car. That was another reason we left—the insecurity we felt, especially since we have children!

  Nice visit a little pricey And you have to make 3xs the rent some people don’t bring home 4,800 a month
