- PMPeter Maloney5 days ago5.0I’m writing this review before construction on my home has started, so I can’t speak to that part of the experience just yet. However, I do want to emphasize how much I’ve appreciated everyone I’ve worked with so far. I toured several developments (including other Pulte’s and different builders), and Peter Salata was by far the best sales representative I met with. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help understand what we wanted, but he also gave us some distance and never felt like he was just trying to rush a sale (unlike several of the other people we interacted with while looking for a community). I also liked Celeste Edwards-Sciame at the design studio, and Chris Weber from Procom (who Pulte contracts with for their low voltage options) for similarly never trying to push up-sells and genuinely seemed to just make sure we got what we wanted. I imagine all of these people work on commission to some degree, but it honestly never felt like it. Hoping the actual build goes just as well!
