  Nice community to live in. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. Management staff is extremely kind and helpful!

  The staff in the leasing office is very nice and helpful. The maintenance staff is also very nice and helpful. . If ever there is a concern that needs to be attended to by staff in the leasing office or maintenance they are very prompt with responding to your concerns. The property manager is also very nice and attentive. I like the thoughtful times that they give out different things to us residents such as Thanksgiving baskets, school supplies, ice cream, treats, etc throughout the year.

  It's been almost two months since moving in here. We were promised a key fob to access the buildings and package room which we have yet to receive (in fact, if you decide you want your amazon package to be secure instead of sitting out for anyone to take, you have to trade in your ID and go to the leasing office during office hours for a temporary key fob, otherwise your package remains locked away until they get around to giving you a fob). The "locked" entrance doors of building 799 have now been busted for the past 2-3 weeks so anyone has been free to go into the building as they please (before they removed the door's lock, tenants were locked in the building). The first floor also often smells like sewage yet, conveniently, building 777 (which houses the leasing office) always appears clean. The fitness center was advertised as open 24/7 when its not (however, it could just be that they're moving the equipment into the clubhouse, which was advertised as being completed in spring of 2026. It is now almost September...). Also parking is a mess. Since we moved in, there has been a junker car taking up a spot that has yet to be towed despite having several parking violation stickers on it (we received messages from management regarding this vehicle and another, stating that the vehicles would be at risk of being towed by July 29, again, it's almost September). Some nights there's even a semi truck tractor taking up a couple of spots. On average however, if you get home later than 7, good luck finding a spot. ALSO, while the walls do a pretty decent job of muffling neighbors, you will still hear kids running down the halls. Likewise, if you're taking a shower or are in the bathroom, you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing while in their bathrooms. Edit: They have still yet to fix the doors or give us a key fob. The clubhouse is still under construction. Parking is still a mess. Nothing has been fixed. Genuinely disappointed with this complex

  If I could give negative stars, I would. Lease negotiated by an off site property management company, raised $100 last year, despite all amenities being taken away. We have not had a pool for over a year now, with a projection of likely not being done for at least another 6 months or longer. Management in the building is rude and cannot be bothered. Majority of maintenance is condescending. Most specific recent issues have been: Fruit flies in a brand new unit that was attributed to a dirty apartment in the building.(Not ours!) Trash smell EVERYWHERE because trash is not handled properly. No air conditioning in the common areas, except where the “office” is. Building carpeting had to be ripped out because of dog pee near side entrance. Illegally parked cars with zero repercussions, which also stems from inadequate parking.(Be prepared to look for a spot for a while, if it is evening.) Loud partying at all hours in the parking lot is never addressed. Trash from said parties can be found strewn about the grounds. Laundry facility is gross and expensive. Gym has been moved to a makeshift apartment until the new glorious club house is built, where management will be able to properly remove themselves even further from us peasants that live here. Gym equipment is either broken or stolen. Packages are habitually stolen altogether, or opened and contents removed. Most Fridays, you can count on losing your internet. Once, it was from someone cutting the line with a butcher knife. Fire alarms are routinely set off. Our hallway is often hazy from neighbors being allowed to freely smoke pot IN their units. Heat index is currently 105. We have in-wall air conditioners running 24/7, and the internal temp is currently 85-90 degrees, which we have been told is “adequate for what is expected of the two air conditioners provided.” When you ask for them to be fixed or replaced with units that can keep up, you are told there’s nothing wrong with them, and they are cleaned as a solution. We moved in when it was cool, but as soon as we had to run the AC unit, it smelled like cat pee in our apartment. ( We do not have a pet.) It matched the smell of cat pee under the kitchen and bathroom sinks, that became evident as soon as the Kilz wore off and the weather warmed up. Avoid this place like the plague, which is what you may get living here. We plan to bounce as soon as possible.
