Management acknowledged active leaks and ongoing water intrusion issues, but interactions around repairs became increasingly hostile and disorganized. After being told communication would go through a VP-level contact, a new manager later entered our apartment under claimed emergency circumstances with a maintenance worker we had previously complained about and were told would no longer enter our unit. What should have been a straightforward repair process became unnecessarily adversarial and uncomfortable. We repeatedly tried to document concerns and coordinate repairs professionally, but left feeling dismissed rather than supported.

They do not have good maintenance services .It was been good place to live with old Landlord and management team. Back there In 2020 but after 2023 someone els take over all management is just targeting people and making extra charges giving hard time for longtime tenant.i am saying this after all my personal experience for 5 years.

There has never been a shortage of hot water, maintenance gets taken care of quickly, laundry is actually more convenient than I thought it would be for a community laundry room. Of course, there are always some people that leave their stuff in there too long, but this has only happened a couple of times. The apartment itself is so cozy, lots of storage, lots of room, and the full length balcony and window brings in tons of sunshine- so far, I love it here
