- BBBBApr 29, 20265.0The maintenance team - Pedro and Albert - are awesome and simply the best! In my experience, standard maintenance requests would take 24 hours or less and they are on it, while emergency maintenance requests would take a couple of hours or a few minutes. Pedro and Albert are very friendly, always smiling, and professional in dealing with everyone. When my apartment had to be inspected, Pedro went out of his way to come really early so I won’t miss my early flight. After that, he stayed until my friend arrived. Thank you so much, Pedro!! These guys made my stay in Brookdale Lakes a very pleasant one.

I want to personally give a shout out to Pedro the maintenance manager who give superb services and is constantly making sure that everything is working properly, and is very quick to respond to any urgent needs.. He is a very hard worker and is a man of integrity. Brookdale Lakes is blessed to have him on board taking care of the needs of the property. We'll done Pedro!

The staff was always caring and attentive. The pool and hot tub are really nice and the clubhouse is gorgeous. Attached garages are a huge plus. I would move back there if I could!
