- BBBBApr 29, 20265.0The maintenance team - Pedro and Albert - are awesome and simply the best! In my experience, standard maintenance requests would take 24 hours or less and they are on it, while emergency maintenance requests would take a couple of hours or a few minutes. Pedro and Albert are very friendly, always smiling, and professional in dealing with everyone. When my apartment had to be inspected, Pedro went out of his way to come really early so I won’t miss my early flight. After that, he stayed until my friend arrived. Thank you so much, Pedro!! These guys made my stay in Brookdale Lakes a very pleasant one.
