- MAMohammed AshwaqMay 12, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this apartment (Unit 2119 #309). From move-in day, multiple issues were not fixed on time and required constant follow-up. The biggest concern is recurring toilet clogging—happens almost every other week. Recently it overflowed with guests at home, which was extremely unpleasant. Even after raising work orders, issues remain unresolved. Constant maintenance problems and poor response make this a frustrating place to live.

- BVBharath VarmaApr 4, 20191.0Worst Management I have ever seen. Whatever you ask the answer is simple no... Once you get in the apartments it's the end of it and you will get stuck with them. They are so rude in answering your questions. Even the rents are much higher than the other apartments and you will realize not worth staying there and they will also find ways to impose lot of fines at the end of the lease even-though everything is fine. I suggest not to stay in these apartments.. So stay away.
- AVAnna VarentsovaFeb 8, 20164.0I am very pleased with the quality of facilities and complex location. My only complaint is probably about the windows, our place got quite drafty during the winter. Management and maintenance teams are very nice and responsive. However, tenants living the complex tend to be loud and messy. Be prepared to see used napkins in the hallway, paper cups on the grass and unwanted mail on the floor by the mailbox. Management seems to be trying to improve the situation but I am not sure it is possible. Also, some tenants let their kids run and play in hallways, even late in the evening. I would not recommend Bristol station for someone looking for a quite place. Other than that, the place is FANTASTIC.
