  I had such a great experience working with Delilah throughout my move-in process! From the very first day I came in for a tour and filled out my application, she was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Even after I decided to move in, she continued to be helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and wants people to feel comfortable and taken care of. I really appreciate everything Delilah has done for me and I’m very happy with my experience!

  I’ve had such a great experience living here! The management team has been wonderful—professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring about the residents. It’s refreshing to have management that actually listens and makes an effort to address concerns and keep the community running smoothly. You can tell they take pride in the property and in creating a comfortable place for people to call home. I truly appreciate the hard work they put in and the positive atmosphere they help create. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a place where they feel valued and well taken care of. ✅️👌🩷

  S/O to Nicholas Medrano. He took me on a tour on 9.25.26, and he did a great job with explaining options, and features of the property. Also, the property and the renovated model apartment looked very nice overall. Everyone who worked in the office seemed friendly and down to earth. I appreciated that. Consider renting here!

  My experience at Mount Prospect Greens it's been good , Community Manager Janette Sosa was so helpful since day one when I was looking for a place (Summer 2025),she walked me through the process ( which was so easy compared with others),any questions I had she explained clearly. Since my lease it's about to end, I can say this, any issues or concerns about the property she always have the time to listen ;Janette take her job seriously, try hard to keep property clean ,any maintenance job that I had in my place , has been done on time scheduled. I'm going to miss her and the friends I made here. Thank you !!

  First off I want to say the staff are KIND but don't really speak to people well nor solve issues. To start Their is a man who works as a leasing agent, some what tall, slender build, possibly American Anglo Saxon/white or Hispanic male with black hair his name might be Mr. Jordan however don't remember at this time. He can be kind but over all out of all the staff he has a extremely condescending tone, terrible attitude and makes the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The lady Manager Mrs., Jeanette she is nice as well but can talk down to others and it can be frustrating and sad to deal with. The best office staff would be Mrs. Alex/Alexis i believe is her name. She is SO NICE and tries her very best to help tenants. She deserves a raise! The reason I am giving this apartment complex one star is due to a number of issues as follows, 1) Pests are a HUGE problem. Many baby roaches in areas such as the common areas, halls, laundry room and even saw some in my unit even when I just moved in during my time there. They charge a fee for pest control even though it is NOT your fault its just due to poor handling on management and the exterminators side. I suggest if you are desperate and have to move here please check the unit for pests before you put down money , please be clean like a good human being and bring some preventive pest control products with you so you do not get charged extra money. 2) There is trash all about the complex especially the designated dumpster areas. People throw furniture, bottles, diapers and all kinds of dirty belongings in front of the dumpster on the ground. Its terrible for the environment, wildlife and encourages more pests. Its very dangerous especially when there is glass scattered about in the parking lot area where said dumpsters are kept. 3) There are some tenants who are very strange here. They make noise at all hours of the night and day, they do not supervise their kids, let their small dogs run around outside and poop on the property without cleaning it, leave trash and have no basic etiquette. It is so appalling. 4) Parking here is terrible because you have to pay about eight dollars for guest parking each time and if you lose your permit sticker that's another huge fee. The towing company they use is very terrible and full of rude and incompetent staff. 5) Sometimes there are strange and unsafe seeming loiterers around the complex. Some tenants also leave open front doors into the building open even during night time. 6)There is also no security cameras, no security guards , the gym is in bad shape with old equipment that does not work properly , no sanitary wipes in the gym , the package room is always locked with now way to get in unless the vendor gives a code and so on. This is suppose to be a luxury apartment however its giving more ghetto vibes. 7) This is mount prospect a suburban northern area NOT Chicago and should always feel safe and never have these issues. We come here for peace and tranquility. Unfortunately the way things are going it is more like a ghetto and I am happy I left there. Please beware! If they could fix all of these issues and keep prices fair for tenants than it would be so PERFECT! But sadly it is just terrible and needs alot of work!
