  I lived here for a year and found it to be a good value overall, with nice floor plans, a helpful leasing office, and a responsive maintenance crew. Unfortunately, the pool did not open during my lease term, so I wasn’t able to experience that amenity. The property recently came under new management, so there are still some growing pains and adjustments being felt. One of my biggest concerns was the inconsiderate behavior of some neighbors, particularly during quiet hours and around the shared laundry facilities. There were also instances of people breaking rules or laws in common areas, with little to no apparent follow-up. One thing that also made the review process feel somewhat disingenuous was seeing reviews that appeared to be written by members of the leasing staff themselves. Even if those reviews are genuine, it can make it harder to get a sense of what residents actually think about the property. Overall, there are definitely positives, but the experience can vary depending on the community around you. With better enforcement of community rules and continued improvement under the new management, I think the property could be a much better place to live.

  The maintenance team of Wes & Jim are wonderful! So friendly & have been so quick to respond to any issues I’ve had. They have made my move here worth it!!!

  Lindsay was great! She was very attentive, informative and patient with all my questions and concerns. She provided me a guided tour of the complex and a model unit. I am definitely considering the Rock Ridge Commons

  I live here going on 1year and the new owner and his team r fantastic and I couldn't ask for a better team especially Ms. Stacey she's the best they r making alot of changes to the property and the new apartment r beautiful
