  Jimmy and his team are amazing!! I was recommended to Jimmy by another lender across the country, and when he gave me that first phone call I was immediately blown away; significantly lower rates than I had ever seen before, a full plan from start to finish to purchase my first home successfully, and very consistent and accurate and insightful communication to help me along the way. Jimmy is very upfront and honest, but will also do anything possible to help other people; any day, any time of day; you can tell he breathes this stuff. Along the process, we ran into some bumps in the road (from the HOA); the HOA had never had anyone get a loan before to purchase a condo, I was the first. They weren't in any formal databases, hadn't had any proper/standard practices for this, and Jimmy was so quick to get people on the phone, coordinate, and even have meetings with HOA representatives to walk them through the proper steps. Things that he really didn't need to do, Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Jimmy + team!!

  Working with Jimmy on our mortgage was truly a pleasure. We highly recommend him for any potential home buyer. Coming into this experience as first time home buyers, we were a bit overwhelmed and didn't know what to expect. But Jimmy made sure to always put us at ease. It was refreshing to have someone working for you that would give it to you straight; he helped us to understand all the small details of the home buying process that are usually obscured by industry jargon. He gave us all the information in such an easily digestible way, he could teach a class! He worked diligently to ensure we got the best rate and made sure we were in a position to have the best financial outcome possible. He was quick to respond whenever we had a time sensitive matter and we always felt like we were top priority for him. We also experienced a terminated contract right before the closing date and we were in a bit of a time crunch. Jimmy fought for us every step of the way while making sure the second mortgage approval we had to go through was as smooth and swift as as possible. His efficiency helped us manage our stress and keep us calm when we were in a confusing and difficult situation. Even with all the other uncertainty that came with searching for and buying a home in 2021, Jimmy and the work that he did was something we never had to worry about and that made all the difference during our first home buying experience. If you need a loan officer, do yourself a favor and pick Jimmy.

  My husband and I knew Jimmy through college. When we began our home search, we reached out to him first. He provided us with so much information, but in the best way possible. He was very straight forward and honest about the steps we needed, but also realty supportive of our wants for a first home. He made sure to honor our budget, so we did not purchase something out of our means. He was always a call away when we had questions, or wanted to discuss financials on a home. Jimmy recommended our realtor to us, who was a DREAM to work with! We cannot say enough great things about Jimmy and his professionalism. He truly cares about finding people the RIGHT home and is passionate about helping people understand the loan process.

  Jimmy and his team did an outstanding job as our lender. Starting with the initial pre-qualification their tools and apps provided a higher level of breakdown and information than we received from your large banks & lenders. Jimmy also seemed very interested in making sure you find yourself in the type of loan that makes the most sense for you, along with a few tips and pros/cons along the way. After moving forward with Jimmy he remained just as responsive and helpful as he was in the sales phase. Of course his team has a professional motivation to keep the loan process moving; however we got the feeling they actually put significant emphasis on making sure they’re clients understand every detail and keep you apprised on what to expect next. Arming us with all the information we needed really made it a smooth process for what many feel to be a stressful ordeal. Jimmy will definitely be our first call whenever I’m looking to refinance or buy another home!
