  We have had amazing response from management and maintenance. All our concerns are addressed the same day or within 24 hrs. The property is well maintained and very clean. We have a 2-bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse and it's beautiful and very spacious. A lot of closet space. I love our new Home!

  Very rude process I felt discriminated Not kind office I a. Contacting lawyer I have 6x income Good background Cosigner for my medical credit Law says i should have a reason Office girl Very rude took 150.00 Said no idea

  I too experienced the same issue as the comment below, i was told my lease would not be extended when I asked the reason why to the Property Manager i was told they didn’t owe me an explanation & that they can make leases for whatever length they want. When i called “Corporate” she was just as unprofessional & rude as the Property Manager . I know for a fact know that my lease wasn’t renewed due to retaliation because the Property Manager never fixes things when I asked, the fire department came to my house FOUR TIMES due to a leak in my son bedroom that was setting off the fire alarm before she fixed the roof leak, i told her the CHEAP RUGs seams was coming up a year ago & til this day it still has not been fixed, it takes 40 mins to boil water on the stove on HIGH but yet she hasn’t replaced the stove just patches it up. I have never in my life felt so uncomfortable & discriminated against in my life. I hope one day someone sues them & they are replaced by PROFESSIONAL staff. The Property Manager reason for not renewing my lease is because she doesn’t like me & she knows thats not enough to vacate me legally so she is using the “we can do what we want” reason. When you move here LAWYER UP because they are some very slimey folks! DO NOT LIVE HERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE UNPROFESSIONALISM & LAZY STAFF! Christina from “Corporate” & Nora is the property manager they need to be FIRED!
