We've done wood rot repair, replacement parts, screens, storm doors, exterior resealing and general maintenance services for windows and exterior doors in residential properties they manage. We have always had prompt communication through their staff, easy scheduling, and never had an issue getting paid for work we did at the properties they manage. They organize all requests through a portal via Rentvine. As a contractor--it has always been no muss, no fuss with this property manager.
