  Working with Ted was a pleasure. He sold our home in one day above our asking price, was on top of all of the negotiations and follow ups and constantly kept us in the loop. Would highly recommend Ted if you are looking to buy or sell your home.

  I retained the Ted Pickus Group @ properties in Highland Park to sell a couple of my homes in Highland Park IL a few years ago. Recently I was back in town and a woman asked me if I was the seller of her home that she purchased? I asked her what address was she referring to... then she asked how was my new home, which was out of state. And went on with other personal information. She seems to know about me and my personal information. A lack of fiduciary responsibility on behalf of the agent. I felt invaded. She happens to be a real estate agent as well, in which was never disclosed. My agent sold my home in 5 days. I highered The Ted Pickus group for their professionalism. I did not receive a professional level of service from the agent. My home was sold at a price they said it should be. No comps were provided in comparison. I do not recommend the agents nor would I trust them on the sale of my other home. Do your homework.
