  We were referred to Lisa by our parents. She guided the sale of our first home from start to finish. First meeting with us, walking the house, and helping create a "to do" list. Later, she provided an expert opinion on price, listening to what we felt were the strengths of the house while also pointing to others. When the house was ready for sale, she orchestrated photos, pamphlets, supporting documents, and our listing with great efficiency. She handled negotiations with buyers and attorneys, unafraid to stand her ground and fight for what she believed was right. She was in or corner, and we are very happy we went with her.
