    Please do not come here alone if you're a new buyer. Misleading, manipulative and outright disrespectful sales tactics designed to pressure you into making a poor decision. Bring someone experienced with you if need be. Homes themselves are fine, but the most exciting part of having bought one here is not having to deal with this sales director ever again.

    We just closed on our Cayman model in Hampshire! The experience has been great so far. The main reason for this is the great customer service we are getting from Kelly Johnson, Matt Traxler & Brian Simpson. The response to our questions & issues that we have received from this team is what customer service is all about!

    What I loved most due to it being semi custom. It was a canvas for me to make it my own . I also love my new neighbors. It's very quiet and the slower pace I was looking for after living in Arlington heights my whole life
