  My experience with Ryan Homes’ post-sale and warranty service has been extremely disappointing. I have submitted multiple warranty requests that were closed without explanation or proper resolution. Greg Gamades, the Warranty Supervisor, has provided terrible customer service and has made the warranty process even more frustrating. If you’re considering buying a new home from Ryan Homes, think carefully about the warranty support you may receive after closing. My experience has been very disappointing.

  Please do not come here alone if you're a new buyer. Misleading, manipulative and outright disrespectful sales tactics designed to pressure you into making a poor decision. Bring someone experienced with you if need be. Homes themselves are fine, but the most exciting part of having bought one here is not having to deal with this sales director ever again.

  We just closed on our Cayman model in Hampshire! The experience has been great so far. The main reason for this is the great customer service we are getting from Kelly Johnson, Matt Traxler & Brian Simpson. The response to our questions & issues that we have received from this team is what customer service is all about!

  First and LAST Ryan home for us. Made them aware during the building process about a defect in the floor which caused a noticeable dip. They could’ve done the right thing and fixed it correctly but instead shoved blocks of wood under the dipping plank of wood which didn’t solve the problem. Door frames were split and patched with rough cut pieces of wood. Probably something wrong with the water pipes, too, but they want us to use warranty to get that looked at. Gutters weren’t attached correctly. They did fix that the next day but we were taking a walk and saw a neighbors gutter just flopping up in the wind, too. I could go on and on about the poor workmanship. The workers are incredibly disrespectful to the homeowners that live here. We’ve found a bucket worth of rusty nails in our driveway. We see empty bottles of beer on the worksites. When our house was being built we also found cigarettes and beer strewn about in the house. INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL TO SMOKE IN SOMEONE’S HOUSE. Trucks out making noise as early as 6:30AM. Workers speeding down the street. Blocking the streets on both sides because they want to park right in front of the house they’re working on without any regard to the people who live here that need to come and go. We once couldn’t access our house because of all the vehicles on the street so we had to drive around downtown for 30 min to wait for them to finish. I don’t think it’s fair that the newly built house was built so poorly but I have to wait a year to use up my warranty to get them fixed. I bought my last house from DRH that was also built during the winter and I didn’t have half the issues with that house as I am with this Ryan Home.

  We have decided to take the carpets out to put lvp flooring….this is how level floors are….Congratulations Ryan Homes on the quality of your prefabricated homes….some more reviews coming….
