  Michael served as my broker for both leasing and selling a condo. In both cases, Michael was incredibly responsive during the transaction process and he was also very helpful + willing to provide advice when there wasn't an imminent transaction. When I decided to sell my condo during early May, Michael jumped into action immediately. Within days of notifying Michael that I was interested in selling, he provided a market study, performed a walk-through of my unit, and prepared a schedule for listing + showings the next week. Michael's expedience and advice regarding timing + pricing all paid off very quickly as I received multiple offers above asking within two weeks of notifying Michael that I was ready to sell. Michael did everything to ensure that the closing process unfolded as smoothly as possible and ultimately, the closing of my condo sale proceeded as planned. I really appreciated Michael's responsiveness and advice throughout both the leasing and selling processes and I highly recommend working with him!
