  I am so pleased with Ryan Carney with Carney Homes! I was in a difficult situation and he really helped us out. My ex and I were splitting up and needed to make a decision whether to sell the home we jointly owned or let my ex buy me out. We consulted Ryan for advice. Ryan was extremely thorough when examining the Home. He was fair about pointing out any flaws with the home and how they could affect the overall value. When helping us come to a decision as to what would be a fair listing price on the home, he really did his research! He had over 20 comparable homes in the area that had recently sold for us to review and help make a decision. In the end, it was decided that although the home may have been worth a lot on paper, it was not worth as much in reality to sell on the market. The decision was made not to sell. Ryan could have taken advantage of the situation and had us list the house for what it was worth on paper just to make a sale to benefit himself but not necessarily us. He did not personally benefit from us despite being extremely diligent and dedicated in helping us figure out our situation. I am definitely going to use him for help buying my future home. I am extremely impressed by his heart, his knowledge of the real estate industry, his knowledge of the DeKalb area, and his integrity and professionalism. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the services he's provided.
