- BOBenji OliverJun 29, 20261.0This company is trash and so are the homes they sell. The reason they only give a 1 year warranty is because they know their homes are trash. We bought our home from them in 2022 as a brand new build, never on the lot. As soon as our year was up, trim starts falling off, floor feels like it's sagging in places and now 4 years in the roof is leaking around vents they poorly installed. Had another company come look at the roof when it started leaking after Clayton told me I was SOL with them, and they said the shingles pulled back 2ft, no glue or nails. Nothing. 0/10 for this company. The people we delt with cared nothing about us except how much money they could get out of us. Go with anyone else, or make for sure to have an independent contractor check over every inch before you even bother stepping foot in it. However, I doubt that would make much difference.
