  The Main is a beautiful Evanston apartment building at the corner of Main + Chicago. It's a very sturdy nine-story building with a health club, 24-hour coffee, hot cocoa and lounge, brilliant views (mine are West - I enjoy brilliant sunsets!). The Newsstand and the Main CTA + Metra stops are right across the street. The staff is 5 star! And then there is the @MainDempsterMile with our great shops, coffeehouse and bakeries, bookstores and chocolates, rocks and guitars. It's like the center of the universe. Anchored by the Sher-Main Grill @shermaingrill You'll love The Main!

  My husband and I have been living at The Main for over a year now and it’s been the best experience! Pam, Steve and Maria are so nice and helpful with everything! They make living here stress free!

  I lived in the Main for a year during grad school and it’s definitely one of the best communities I’ve lived in! Great staff, amazing maintenance, and wonderful location. Maria and Pam were super helpful throughout and are one of the best parts about the building!

  Maria Chua is amazing! She was so welcoming, patient and kind helping me through the application process. Now that I am a resident, Maria continues to be helpful and always kind. She was incredibly gracious helping me with a difficult situation. Maria, is always professional, filled with grace, happy, genuine and has a smile that lights up a room.

  I've had a great experience with the leasing office, especially Maria. She has always been friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had.
