- FFFrancescaMay 1, 20262.0The apartments themselves are nice and you’ll likely have a good time here as long as you never need any assistance from management. We were one of the first few people in the beginning, initially with the apartment manager Amanda. Amanda was quick to respond and assisted in any way possible. However, once Amanda left the support from management fell through. No one is ever in the office downstairs. They never respond to emails in a timely manner. We emailed management to inform them that we were moving out and for assistance of directing the moving trucks and they did respond saying they would help. Well the day of the move no one was in the office nor in the building. Except for the maintenance guys (who was not informed of our move) he was very helpful and kind in guiding throughout the move (that’s why I’m giving a 2 star). They’re not going to help you.

The rooftop area offers stunning views and is perfect for relaxing or socializing. There's a dedicated work-from-home station, which is super convenient for remote work, and the workout room is well-equipped. The location is also ideal, with grocery stores and other necessities just minutes away. The management team has been fantastic, always responsive and helpful with anything you need. Highly recommend!
- JFJim FineJun 26, 20245.0The building and the management are great. Moved in a month ago and have had excellent help with the logistics for the move and quick answers to all my questions from Amanda, Yvette and Robert. Excellent Bosch W&D and air conditioners. And the rooftop deck is great!
