  The apartments themselves are nice and you’ll likely have a good time here as long as you never need any assistance from management. We were one of the first few people in the beginning, initially with the apartment manager Amanda. Amanda was quick to respond and assisted in any way possible. However, once Amanda left the support from management fell through. No one is ever in the office downstairs. They never respond to emails in a timely manner. We emailed management to inform them that we were moving out and for assistance of directing the moving trucks and they did respond saying they would help. Well the day of the move no one was in the office nor in the building. Except for the maintenance guys (who was not informed of our move) he was very helpful and kind in guiding throughout the move (that’s why I’m giving a 2 star). They’re not going to help you.

  I am overall very pleased with tapestry station! I love the cabinetry and over all modern feel of the apartment building as a whole. It is very safe with the livvly key system and I love that my guest can have their own key within the given time period during the day. I also really like the study/mail room! Evanston is a very cute community and there is so much to do, see, and eat in walking distance! There were a few bumps when I first moved in such as the air conditioner not working for a few days, a leak in my closet, and the washing machine not working but.. they were smoothed out and alleviated in a somewhat timely manner. Yvette was extremely helpful when my washing machine was not working for a while and she assured me she would figure out how to get me to wash my clothes and she was even nice enough to allow me to wash in an unoccupied unit as she called around. Amanda also was very helpful and nice during my leasing process being sure to show me the units via face time and countless emails about me going back and forth between units lol. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex and living in Evanston.

  Love my apartment at Tapestry! The living spaces are well done and beautiful! I also enjoy all the amenities from the gym to the pool table. Everyone at the office is so friendly and helpful. And the location can't be beat, close to cute shops, restaurants and the lake!!

  My mom is an inclusionary housing tenant at Tapestry. The apartment building is beautiful and the finishes in the units are great. The building manager Amanda is attentive, patient and helpful. When I was moving my mom in she was very flexible with me and accommodating on several occasions. Great amenities for the tenants as well, and you can’t beat the location. Highly recommend!
