  Moved into a dirty and absolutely filthy apartment and when asked if it was actually cleaned, was gaslit to believe that cleaners had come by. I have photo proof of how dirty everything was when I first moved in. It was so dirty that the floors were making the bottoms of my socks and feet black. If it was even cleaned, it was cleaned by one person who had wiped everything with one dirty rag. The base boards were dirty, the walls were dirty, the counters were dirty and everything was so dusty. You know that sticky dusty crust from years and years of no one every wiping it off? That was every surface of this apartment that clearly had not gotten a deep clean ever. They hadn't even painted every wall, only some walls. I don't know why you wouldn't paint every wall? I just couldn't believe how disgusting the apartment was when I first moved in and knowing it was somebody else's made it even worse. Before I even moved in, I was asking when I would receive more information about moving in and got no response for a few weeks. Come to find out the property manager was "retiring" and a new person was taking over. This new person Dante did not respond to me until I texted the old property manager multiple times. Then I was paying rent to the wrong portal before anyone even told me the portal had changed over. Overall, terrible experience. The property I am living at is clearly not cared for in between tenants and hasn't been updated or managed properly. Do not live in units managed by them. They are awful and do not care to update or even clean units between tenants. Save yourself the hassle of living with these slum lords. They just want your money. They don't even do a deep clean between tenants and don't paint every wall. I'm moving out when my lease ends and can't wait to leave.
