  I just want to drop a review on Marcela, she is a great person good with her work, knows how to make tenants happy and make them feel home, helped me with all my issues and helped me with the process, she knows what she is doing, her work is amazing I’m writing to leave a positive review of Marcela. She’s a wonderful person and a great worker. She knows how to make tenants feel happy and at home. She helped me with all my issues and guided me through the process. She’s knowledgeable and her work is amazing.

  Marcela is amazing! She is always so kind, helpful, and professional. She truly cares about the residents and always makes you feel welcomed and supported. You can tell that she takes pride in her work and genuinely wants to help. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service make such a difference. She truly deserves this recognition!

  I had a great experience working with Marcella. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. You can tell that she genuinely cares about helping people find the right apartment.   Great Community – Wonderful Experience! I lived at Park Ridge from 2019 to 2021, and I had a wonderful experience there. I actually realized that I never got around to sharing my review, so I’m finally posting it almost Four years later. Even after all this time, I still have very positive memories of the community. A big shout-out to Janette and the entire PRC team for their hard work and dedication. Thank you for making Park Ridge such a wonderful place to live! Excellent Maintenance & Cleanliness One of the things I appreciated most about Park Ridge was the excellent maintenance and cleanliness. The units were well-maintained and kept very clean, which made the community feel comfortable and welcoming. Plenty of Parking There was plenty of parking space, which was a big convenience and something I really appreciated. Large Swimming Pool The swimming pool was one of my favorite features. It was very spacious and open throughout the summer, making it a great place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. Spacious Gym The gym was also larger compared to many other communities I have seen. It was a great amenity and very convenient for residents. Overall Experience Overall, Park Ridge is a very nice and well-maintained community, and I truly enjoyed my time there. Even though I’m writing this review several years later, my experience was positive enough that I still wanted to take the time to share it. Thank you, Park Ridge and the entire PRC team, for providing such a pleasant living experience!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Park Ridge Apartments. The way my lease ending and rent charges were handled was completely unacceptable. My regular rent was $2,380 per month. When my lease ended, management told me that I was required to give 60 days’ notice. I followed their instructions and submitted the 60-day notice. For the first month, I was charged my normal $2,380 rent. Then, for the following month, I was suddenly told that my rent was now $4,380 because the apartment was considered month-to-month. That is a $2,000 increase. The worst part is that I was not clearly informed beforehand that I would be charged $4,380 for that month. I only found out after the charge was applied. If management knows a tenant is going month-to-month and the rent is going to increase by $2,000, that should be clearly communicated BEFORE charging the tenant. I followed the 60-day notice requirement they gave me, and instead of a straightforward process, I ended up dealing with a surprise $4,380 charge. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the management. Tenants deserve transparency, clear communication, and proper notice when thousands of dollars are at stake. If you currently live here or are thinking about renting here, read your lease very carefully and get every rent amount and additional charge in writing before giving notice. Very disappointed with how this was handled. I would not recommend this experience.
