  The most disgusting buildings I have ever been to. The leasing agent showed me not 1 but 2 apartments with live roaches as if that was acceptable! THE ROACHES WERE LITERALLY HAVING A PARTY IN MY FACE!!! Then showed me unclean apartments with barely decent upgrades and questionable safety city standards in other buildings that they “rented out air conditioners” . CARPETS WERE STAINED… CABINETS WERE BARELY HANGING ON THEIR HINGES… APPLIANCES OLD AND DISGUSTING!! The pictures in advertisements are VERY FALSIFIED. The leasing agent literally showed me the units as if it was okay and a normal thing for viewing! These buildings need to be completely torn down. They make DeKalb look extremely bad! I am appalled at the audacity to even have a potential tenant view such disgusting properties! Do not rent here! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The rent should be a max $600 for any unit in any building ONLY IF YOU ARE DESPERATE WITH LOW/ NO CREDIT AND A HARSH BACKGROUND. Do not rent here!! They don’t even provide the bare minimum of a decent livable environment!

  Horrible me and my fiancé have been sitting on a toilet bowl since march Becasue they don’t want to send anybody out to fix anything and roaches don’t rent im serious

  I’m a current resident and every time I come in for serviceI’m greeted with nothing but respect. Angie is definitely my go to she always handles any questions, changes, or concerns I have with professionalism and kindness. This is absolutely not a paid review. I’m genuinely so happy with the new management and truly appreciate the positive changes they’ve made!

  Terrible experience. Angela is extremely unprofessional, and does not answer my phone calls or emails. I never was given a lease to sign, the apartment was not ready to move in, and they have not returned my deposit. Update, 3 full months, still no return for my deposit. Went to the Chicago office, where they promised me they would issue a check, they did not. Do not rent here. Do not give them money. Do not trust them. They are all liars. Three different people told me they are the assistant property manager. How can three different people have the same title?
