  I have been here for 3+ years and this place has definitely improved with Melanie taking over and making sure that work orders get done along with being great at communication. I know in the past I was having issues with contacting someone to get things taken care of, or any questions I had I would be awaiting days for a response. That is no longer an issue and things get done in a timely manner and efficiently. Also, it is reasonable pricing and peaceful other than the train that goes by but you get use to it and it becomes home :) The nearby park also is just a walk away! It's great seeing people walk their dogs as well, just a nice area to live in overall. <3

  I would NOT suggest not renting here. The property manager will not return emails on maintenance issues, and they outright lie in the listings. There is not as many square feet in the apartment. They include the garage pace in the number, which is not livable space.

  There is no maintenance in this complex. if you want something fixed, you got to fix it by your self.

  Best place to rent in DeKalb by miles! Very clean townhomes, has one of the best property managers in Lynn. Never had any problems with neighbors, in the winter the back was plowed almost immediately and even though Fatty's is located right behind the noise isn't bad. Very fast repairs. Our washer broke while I was living there and it was replaced in a week without any questions.10/10 would go back again especially since every other rental place in DeKalb is garbage.
