  After New Management took over. This place got a lot better. New upgrades, new doors, ex. I feel safe and love having everything walking distance if need be.

  Мені не віддають мій депозит на протязі 65 днів,Сільвія завжди ігнорує нас!!!ми будем подавати на них до суду і всі можливі інстанції!!!ніколи не заключайте із ними контракт,обходіть стороною це місце!!!я зібрав декілька людей і ми будемо подавати колективну заяву до суду!!!

  My wife and I tried to get an apartment there we paid the holding fee and all then Sylvia said we didn’t get approved because of my credit my credit is almost 550 and the complex said the credit ranges from 300 and up and she held our money for one week just to tell us we didn’t get approved she didn’t even try I highly doubt she tried she’s always late she had me and 4 other people waiting for her to show up all she does is lie to your face she’s always late and she eats during appointments which isn’t professional we’re looking at another apartment anyway I really didn’t want that apartment no way my wife and I would have stayed there for a year at the very least

  In winter, I have my thermostat set to 90 (the highest). And it tells me it’s at 55 and won’t go up. It’s -13 and getting colder and the heat barely works at all. The property manager is never in the office on scheduled working day’s when you actually need her. She also can be disrespectful with her manorism,s and the way she speaks to people. There is also only 1 maintenance guy that doesn’t have enough time to fix everything or won’t. The units themselves are nice, but I feel like management needs to be adjusted and perhaps slow for 2 more maintenance workers.
