  To get things fix around here it's not going to happen, not a good place, be careful if you rent from here,the winter is cold not enough heat manager suck lies a lot.

  Management is unprofessional. Did not get my deposit in spite of numerous follow ups and it’s been over a year now. Terrible!

  A family member has been living at Colonial Manor for many years. The management company has increasingly gotten more negligent over the years. In the winter, she and her family have to wear winter coats in the house because the heat is regulated and kept extremely low. The washers and dryers breakdown, and don't get fixed. When her stove stopped working, it took over a month for management to replace it. I would not recommend living there.

  Great place to live! I have been living here for the past three years with my wife and two sons. Colonial Manor is very family friendly, during the summer time you will see kids and families playing outside together.
