  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been living here for a while and overall I’ve had a really good experience. Since Jasmine has been the property manager, I’ve definitely noticed a difference. She’s friendly, easy to talk to, and actually takes the time to listen when you have an issue or concern. What I appreciate most is the communication and follow-up. Even if something can’t be handled immediately, she keeps you updated instead of leaving you wondering what’s going on. Maintenance has also been helpful whenever I’ve needed something taken care of. You can tell Jasmine really cares about improving the property and making it a better place for the residents. It’s been nice seeing the positive changes happening around the community.

  I’ve been a resident here for some time and I’m very pleased with the changes I’ve seen recently. Jasmine in the management office has been great to work with. She’s always welcoming, professional, and does her best to get things handled when you bring something to her attention. I appreciate that she follows up and keep residents informed instead of ignoring your concerns. . You can tell she takes pride in the community and wants residents to have a good experience living here. The property is definitely moving in a positive direction under her management.

  Highly recommend that you contact Jasmine (property manager) and/or Rodney (maintenance manger). Their communication was excellent. Any questions or concerns that I had was answered in a timely manner and professional. They will make sure your concerns are taken care of.

  I’ve had a great experience living here. Jasmine, the Property Manager, is very professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern, she has been helpful and made sure it was addressed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the improvements being made throughout the property and the effort management puts into keeping residents informed. It’s nice having a property manager who is approachable, communicates well, and actually follows through. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.
