  Can't say how it compares to other WeWork spaces in the area. Otherwise, love it. P.s. they validate parking for the 10 E grant garage

  Long time WeWork tenant and have generally had great experiences. All of this went out the window recently. For some context, we have spent thousands of dollars per month on WeWork all access memberships and dedicated spaces across multiple states over the last several years. Most recently, we entered in to an agreement for a space at this location on a 6 month term that expired several months ago. Wework is alleging that because we did not provide notice of termination 3 months prior to the end of the service agreement, we are now on the hook for 3 additional months of rent at a rate that was and is significantly higher than the rate we agreed to for the stated term of our agreement. Treating a long-time customer that has spent tens of thousands of dollars this way is unconscionable to me as an owner of a service business. I will never initiate another agreement with Wework of any kind and would strongly encourage everyone reading this to consider the many alternative and readily available providers who believe in the value of customer service.

  I got a membership at this WeWork in 2019 and it's been an awesome place to work! There are gorgeous views and lots of natural light through the windows. The staff here is great too.
