- GMgiulia monteiroFeb 6, 20265.0Have been living here for the past 6 months and really enjoying it. The units are beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings and modern appliances. Maintenance is always readily available with any type of request like lightbulb changes, being very helpful if ever needing anything. Would 100% recommend!
- TOTyler OgorekJul 25, 20255.0Our family loves living at Wells Place! Very nice finishes (beautiful trim along the entire ceiling and floor!), high ceilings, very nice wood floors. The units are about as spacious as you will find this close to downtown - our family of 3 + 2 cats fits great in the 2 bed 2 baths. Great neighborhood with lots to do in walking distance. EXCELLENT bang for your buck on space, amenities, and location. Plus Sarah and the folks on staff are spectacular! Overall, cannot recommend Wells Place enough!
- JHJafar HaghshenasJul 22, 20255.0I’ve truly loved living at Wells Place Apartments, and I’m only moving due to a work—otherwise, I’d happily stay. The apartments are in excellent condition with modern finishes and great layouts. Amenities are top-notch, and the location is ideal—quiet, safe, and just minutes from major highways and everything downtown Chicago has to offer. Sarah and the property management team have been outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. Maintenance is quick and reliable, making everything stress-free. I’ll genuinely miss my time here. Highly recommend Wells Place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home in a perfect city location!
- SASteve AmannJun 8, 20205.0While the apartment itself fulfilled and exceeded my needs and requirements, Tanya and Jimmy have gone above and beyond. They've both been very helpful and informative while I was moving in and getting situated. They've also shown consideration and thoughtfulness for safety during the pandemic. I'm very happy to be a new resident.
