  What is the mission statement for staff members representing the habit home at twin towers apartments. Some staff members at twin towers apartments, make a person question their ethical practices they display in regards to their tenants, some staff members need training in ethics, especially making comments about section 8 tenants. They are really nice when it's time to sign the lease. A tenant shouldn't be interrogated just to have things to make life comfortable, especially when a company is getting there money faithfully every month. A tenant should get the same respect and amenities no matter if one is a section 8 tenant or a market paying resident, either way the money is received the same way. Also, phone calls should be monitored and recorded. The biggest mistake a person make, is under estimating a person even if they are on section 8. I'm not here to cause any problems nor throw anyone under the bus, but just be mindful of the things that come out of one mount and keep comments and home to yourself.

  Where do I start. The living experience here has been subpar giving the area it’s located in. The rent is average but the parking fees and laundry fees go higher every year just like a HOA fee. This apartment building has a huge roach problem through the year, mainly in the winter you will see an influx of roach sightings in your apartment. The security is a joke, anyone can walk into either one of the secured doors that takes a fob to access the building. There was constantly people who will sit around and wait till a resident who lives in the building to either come out or go in. The water here is constantly shut off, every week seems to be a problem with the pipes. Also the heat and AC is on a piping system meaning you have no control over the temperature in your apartment. During the summer months it’s freezing cold in your unit. We hang to walk around with layered clothes on. During the winter the unbearable heat in the unit makes it very dry like a sauna. You can’t turn your AC off in the summer months because if you do your ceiling will start to leak water from the condensation build up since the building is right next to the lake. Management takes there precious time to get back to you so don’t bother emailing you might as well just go into the office and speak to them directly if you need an answer ASAP. There was also mold through the unit that was just painted over. The ventilation in this building is abysmal lacking good clean efficient heat and AC.

  As a returning resident, I am pleased to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I recently received during the leasing process. Katherine Williams, Leasing and Marketing Specialist, was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and instrumental in helping me navigate every step of my return to the community. Her attention to detail, prompt communication, and willingness to answer questions made what could have been a stressful transition a smooth and positive experience. Throughout the years, I have consistently appreciated the professionalism of the Twin Towers Chicago management team, support staff, and maintenance personnel. My interactions have been positive, respectful, and responsive, and those experiences played an important role in my decision to return. It is reassuring to know that resident concerns are taken seriously and handled with care. Returning to a place that has been part of my life for many years has been a meaningful experience. I am grateful for the dedication, courtesy, and commitment to service demonstrated by the Twin Towers Chicago management team and staff, and I look forward to being part of the community once again.   I had an amazing experience working with Katherine Williams! When I first dropped by just to schedule a tour appointment, she went above and beyond by giving me an impromptu tour right then and there. Throughout the entire process, she guided me step-by-step and accommodated all of my needs. She truly goes above and beyond for residents. Thank you, Katherine, for making my move into Twin Towers Apartments so smooth and welcoming!
