  Addison and Clark is an ideal place to live. I've lived there for the past two years, and it has been an amazing time. I would highly recommend Addison and Clark. The management team, consisting of Oliver and Haris, are very on top of things going on in the building and respond to calls and emails promptly. I mainly dealt with Haris during my time at Addison and Clark, and I can say whole heartedly that he is a phenomenal guy that cares about his tenants. Although I did not have too many encounters with Oliver, he is notably very helpful and kind. The ladies at the front desk, Joe, Tamika and Latonya are unmatched. They'll put a smile on your face on a daily basis. The maintenance team, Jose and Alejandro, will remedy any maintenance issue you have. They are both good guys and very friendly. Overall, I do not have any negative comments to make. I will miss my time living at Addison and Clark.

  The Residences at Addison and Clark is an amazing property with a great roof top deck and pool. The property management team is super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Bill P for all of his help!!!!

  Couldn’t say enough good things about my experiences so far with Addison & Clark. I recently moved from Baltimore to Chicago and am a huge baseball fan. Wrigleyville is an awesome area with a ton of attractions and good people. When I initially toured Addison & Clark, I was amazed at the amenities, view, and staff. I’ve been here a few months now and couldn’t be happier about my decision. I urge you to take a tour for yourself as I promise you won’t be disappointed.

  Everyone at this place is very friendly and helpful. Our first experience for our first home was amazing. Jen and bill and the whole staff were helpful. We appreciate what they did for us. They went above and beyond. Thank you guys.

  After living in Addison and Clark for nearly 3 years, we have lots of positive things to say about the building, the front door staff, and the maintenance staff- they are all truly outstanding and wonderful! I am never one to leave poor reviews however, the building management is horrible! Very over priced for the area and lack of customer service to residents. If you are looking to live in a luxury dorm, this is the place for you! Would not suggest a move here.
