  Addison and Clark is an ideal place to live. I've lived there for the past two years, and it has been an amazing time. I would highly recommend Addison and Clark. The management team, consisting of Oliver and Haris, are very on top of things going on in the building and respond to calls and emails promptly. I mainly dealt with Haris during my time at Addison and Clark, and I can say whole heartedly that he is a phenomenal guy that cares about his tenants. Although I did not have too many encounters with Oliver, he is notably very helpful and kind. The ladies at the front desk, Joe, Tamika and Latonya are unmatched. They'll put a smile on your face on a daily basis. The maintenance team, Jose and Alejandro, will remedy any maintenance issue you have. They are both good guys and very friendly. Overall, I do not have any negative comments to make. I will miss my time living at Addison and Clark.

  We were one of the first residents to move into this fantastic building in 2019! 6 years later, I'm not sure why we would move! The staff is proactive and responsive - the front desk keeps all things flowing easily and our neighbors are the BEST! You can get as involved or not, depending on how social you desire to be in your world. Between fire pit nights, pool parties, "family" dinners at the grill, puppy park gatherings, it's HOME. How we found this place is a blessing in every way!

  The residences at Addison and Clark have been amazing. Haris has gone above and beyond, to answer any questions I’ve had and any help I’ve needed. The front desk staff, has also been incredibly kind. The apartments here feature plentiful amenities that are well kept, and have experienced no issue here that. If you are looking for apartments in Lakeview, or just Chicago in general check this place out.

  Why did we choose the house: We wanted a house close to my sons school and someplace which gave 6 month rental and had good facilities. On paper this was our 3rd option which turned out to be the option we choose. Reason for being 3rd option it was $600 costlier than the other 2 places which we were looking. It was medium in term of sq ft and medium in term of distance to my sons school. But when we toured the building, and saw the facilities with Bill and his team it completely changed our mind. Everything from setting up time to look at the apartment and providing information Bill was fast and very clear with his communication. Also he showed us all the apartment units available instead of showing one and saying the rest are similar. Since it’s a high rise it really helps to see all units as the view is different and units are different. He also showed us all the facility and at no point hurried us. He also talked about the area and some of the perks of living in the area, He kind of sealed the deal on our decision with his showing. Location review: This location never sleeps, It some time gets frustrating when we have to take a detour for parking as its blocked due to cubs match but all in all we loved the energy of the area. It was never a dull day. CTA heaven. - Red line step away. Brown line few blocks. 152 - blue to go to Ohare and 22 to go downtown. Moving in/out Review: They have a very nice system where you bring in the moving truck in the loading zone (indoor so you are not parking ur truck on street )which is huge and v close to the elevator. You get the elevator access and loading access for 4 hr which was enough for us. Building Facilities Review: They really go over and above to make things work for the residents. There were social programs throughout our stay. The pool is magnificent , the roof top great. There is Luxer for packages and Avo for grocery. They also had a wonderful party hall which we used and was really great. The 24hr front desk staff is awesome. There is a very good bike rack in their parking. All in all it didn’t pinch to pay extra for the facilities. My son literally was in pool everyday and on his day off we were playing foosball or chess. The pool was kept v clean and temperature always controlled. The management ( again Bill) was always ready to resolve any issue. If you put a complain in the system someone will come with few hours as per our experience. House Review: It’s a very smartly made home. I say so because it resolved 3 of the major pain points of rental house 1. Even if the house is small it never felt small because of the way it was made. Also the windows were phenomenal. If you close them you hear no noise and they were so big that it made the house seem bigger and more brighter. The sun rise from our east view apartment was awesome 2. It had ample light and v sturdy shades. There was hardly anything we needed to buy per say for living here.(of course except the furniture) 3. There was a lot of nice storage all throughout the home For instance, 1. There is a 8 by 8 slat wall as you enter which provide v good storage for keys, small things u need to grab while going out. 2. The bathroom had so much storage 3. The kitchen platform acted as dining table and so we needn’t have to have one more. 4. The door between living room and bedroom was sliding so again saving space.( if it was open close door we have to keep the radius of door open empty. Cons: If I have to nit pick - The only thing that didn’t work for us was no playground close by. (We moved from Lincoln park ) and that very few kids in the building.

  Couldn’t say enough good things about my experiences so far with Addison & Clark. I recently moved from Baltimore to Chicago and am a huge baseball fan. Wrigleyville is an awesome area with a ton of attractions and good people. When I initially toured Addison & Clark, I was amazed at the amenities, view, and staff. I’ve been here a few months now and couldn’t be happier about my decision. I urge you to take a tour for yourself as I promise you won’t be disappointed.
