- CSConsuelo Suarez5 days ago1.0I give this place one star the worst place I live in peoples always stomping over my head next door always slapping cabinets door loud music weed smoking and cigarettes smelling in my apartment laundry room always nasty and people always leave the clothes in the washer and dryer hard to wash and manager don’t do nothing building is going down hill that’s why people’s always moving out our breaking the lease the have crazy people in that building am glad I move out to a nice one bedroom condo nice and quiet and nice people in the building not worth it to move in that building you be stressing out trust me

My original property manager was professional and easy to work with, and we had an understanding in place regarding my tenancy that made my experience smooth. After management changed, that understanding was no longer continued, which made the remainder of my stay stressful and uncomfortable. After moving out, I was charged fees related to belongings that were still in the unit. I was not given notice that my items would be removed, and they were discarded without my knowledge. I have documentation of the charges and the lack of notice. Being billed after my property was thrown away without communication has been extremely frustrating. I also reached out multiple times with follow-up questions, including asking when someone would be contacting me regarding the situation, and did not receive clear or timely responses. The lack of communication added to the frustration. The unit itself was great, but my experience with management during the latter part of my lease was disappointing
