  I had the pleasure of coming to the Montrose very recently to assist my father-in-law in moving out and into assisted-living. As I moved his belongings out of the apartment building, I found myself in need of assistance with several things, and simply could not be more grateful for the help of Pat. She was truly so welcoming and accommodating on so many levels. I truly recommend that she is praised and recognized for the wonderful service she gives others throughout her time here.

  Apartments are kept up well. Maintenance is good. Amenities are nice. It’s the people they allow into the building and the elevators that bring the rating down. I can’t count the number of times I’ve had the police on my floor because of a resident disturbance/domestic issue. Let alone the countless other times they are here for someone else on another floor. They really need to start doing better in depth background checks before allowing leases. Additionally, there’s only 3 elevators for the whole 18 floor building and you’re lucky if 2 are working at one time (there was a 7-8 week period where we only functioned on 1 maybe 2 if we were lucky). The amount of times the elevators broke and the longevity of them being out when they broke down is unacceptable especially since we were not discounted rent for our inconveniences.

  Living here has been amazing. Alyssa is always up to tend to my needs and she is a great support. She is doing a great job!

  I give this place one star the worst place I live in peoples always stomping over my head next door always slapping cabinets door loud music weed smoking and cigarettes smelling in my apartment laundry room always nasty and people always leave the clothes in the washer and dryer hard to wash and manager don’t do nothing building is going down hill that’s why people’s always moving out our breaking the lease the have crazy people in that building am glad I move out to a nice one bedroom condo nice and quiet and nice people in the building not worth it to move in that building you be stressing out trust me

  The new management is so much better than a couple months ago, my goodness thank god. Alyssa is way more helpful. The maintenance staff is also quick to respond, good at communicating and professional.
