The best building in the West Loop! A wonderful sense of community, with friendly neighbors (+ lots of cute dogs), thoughtfully planned events, and a responsive management team. The amenities are always clean and well maintained without feeling overcrowded. Overall, an enjoyable place to call home.

Enes is a rockstar! He walked me through all things related to the grill and can't thank him enough. Outstanding help!

I’ve enjoyed living in this building so much! The property is well maintained, the staff goes ABOVE AND BEYOND constantly, and management is communicative and extremely responsive when needed. I especially want to recognize Sergio, the new maintenance man, who has been an amazing addition to the staff. He has been incredibly helpful, professional, and always willing to assist with anything that comes up. Beyond that, I really appreciate his personality — he’s friendly, approachable, and brings such a positive energy to the building. It’s refreshing to interact with someone who genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. Overall, staying here has been a 10/10 experience!

The Madison at Racine is an awesome place to live with the friendliest staff all around! The front desk staff are so welcoming and I feel safe knowing who will be around when I come home. I especially look forward to my conversations with Shanell, who always asks about (and remembers!) what’s going on in my life. She also became fast friends with my timid pup! The building is clean and well taken care of - shout out to Orlando and Edith for being approachable and always taking care of things quickly and with a smile.
