  I’ve been so happy that I made the decision to move into The Madison at Racine; the staff are fabulous! The building is kept impeccable. It makes living here a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend it

  I’ve enjoyed living in this building so much! The property is well maintained, the staff goes ABOVE AND BEYOND constantly, and management is communicative and extremely responsive when needed. I especially want to recognize Sergio, the new maintenance man, who has been an amazing addition to the staff. He has been incredibly helpful, professional, and always willing to assist with anything that comes up. Beyond that, I really appreciate his personality — he’s friendly, approachable, and brings such a positive energy to the building. It’s refreshing to interact with someone who genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. Overall, staying here has been a 10/10 experience!

  Great location in the neighborhood. Amenities match anything you'll find in West Loop. Appliances are up to date and serviced/replaced readily when needed (thanks maintenance team!) The front desk is friendly and helpful for residents and guests, and do a good job managing deliveries and package room (done in-house). Very happy with the value and quality of my floor plan.

  The Madison at Racine is truly a one of a kind community. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, the staff is like family, and the building amenities are kept clean and enjoyable. The pool and dog park are so great and make it feel like we never have to leave the building! You can tell that the management cares about our experience which is why we love living here!
