    Beautiful amenities and friendly staff. The leasing office team is always available and tries to help residents, especially Arina, Nancy and Stole. I also love the social events in the building; they’re always so much fun!!

    I moved into this building at the end of October and within two days of moving in, my entire kitchen area was contaminated by foul-smelling debris and dirty water that came up through the sink drain. The smell was extremely strong and the situation was both disturbing and unsanitary. What made the situation even more concerning was that I later learned this was not an isolated incident and that other residents in the building had experienced similar issues. I immediately contacted management looking for a resolution. Despite the fact that several of my kitchen items and dishes were contaminated and had to be thrown away, the only compensation offered was $500, which did not come close to covering the damage or inconvenience. I also contacted 311 so the situation could be properly documented and inspected. The complaint was filed in December, but an inspector did not come out until March — three months later. By that time, of course, the original contamination had already been cleaned and there was nothing left for them to witness in real time, meaning no violation could be issued. It was incredibly frustrating to go through such an unsanitary situation so soon after moving in, and even more frustrating to feel like there was no real accountability from building management or urgency from the city to address the issue. For anyone considering moving here, I strongly recommend doing thorough research and asking current residents about building maintenance issues before signing a lease.
