  I have lived at The Bryn for over 4 years now. I must say all of the people that keep this place running are incredible and extremely friendly. They make the place feel like a home. Adriana in the office is quick to respond and always very helpful. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently and Alvaro is unbelievable. I think that guy can fix just about anything in no time. And Fabi that keeps this place shining is always smiling and quick to react to any problem. Everyone on the front door staff is all incredibly helpful and friendly as well. Special shout out to Jeremiah! Good sized apartments, the amenities are great, views are great, and I think that Edgewater is one of the best neighborhoods in Chicago. We have everything you need within walking distance and easy access to everywhere in the city via Lake Shore Drive, Red Line, buses, and the Lake Front Trail. So what's the catch? Well yes, it's a little pricy, but you get what you pay for I guess. I would highly recommend checking this place out if your are considering a move in Chicago. You'll be happy you did!

  I’ve been meaning to share a review on my move in at the Bryn Especially with regard to Adriana The Senior Property Manager. Adriana is One of a Kind an Exceptional Person who goes Above and Beyond in whatever tasks you ask her. She is Amazing and Awesome going out of her way to make your stay at The Bryn Amazing. Adriana Thank You for Your Excellent Attention and being an Awesome and Amazing Property Manager. I would also like to give a shout out to the Maintenance Guys Alavaro and Luis Thank You for doing an Awesome Job in getting things done in my Apartment. Adriana, Alvaro and Luis YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

  I have lived at the Bryn for almost a year now. My father in Indiana recently passed away and Dallas was so sweet and thoughtful to let me have a temporary place to park my rental car for loading and unloading. Such an act of kindness when you are going through a really hard time is PRICELESS!!
