  I have been absolutely blown away by the quality of the people, the building, the unit, the amenities, everything. I cannot remember any apartment move-in going as seamlessly and as stress-free as this one. I specifically want to mention Ana, who has gone above and beyond to make my move into Lincoln Common a breeze – I’ve never experienced anything quite like it, despite having lived in “luxury” apartments across the country. Everyone who works here is a cut above – Fernanda and Lonzelle at concierge have also been superb – and I’m so happy to be calling this place home. My unit was absolutely spotless when I moved in too. Thank you all so much!

  I just moved into Lincoln Common and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my apartment. I worked directly with Karen to find the perfect unit for me and she is truly the reason my apartment hunt felt easy. She made herself available to give me multiple tours around the building before I signed my lease, assisted with my move in logistics and has been here to support me throughout my transition to Lincoln Common - checking in regularly to make sure I am comfortable and happy with my space. She went above and beyond for me and I am so appreciative I had her throughout the process. I feel so lucky to call Lincoln Common my home!

  Moving from Boston to Chicago could have been stressful, but the team here made it effortless. The complex is beautiful, and the views are absolutely breathtaking—especially at night. Ana went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free, and the entire staff has been so welcoming and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here—this place truly feels like home!

  All of the staff is amazing, especially the South Tower Staff !!! Front Desk, Management and Maintenance at LC is the best.
